i have spent most of my day reading about and toying with different website builders / hosts to see which one i'd like to use for my own website. i want to make something simple, as i don't have lots of social medias to link or things to post, but i do want a blog of some kind, and i saw a website own its own chatroom, which i think would be pretty cool to have as replacement for a post board. strawpage looked cool, and i may still make one just because of how simple it looks to use, but i dont think i could host a blog on it without making the worlds longest webpage. omg.lol looked cool too, but i would like to make more than 1 webpage, or at least have the ability to make more just in case. neocities looks like the place, the only problem is that i suck ass at using CSS. i have no eye for designing / coloring, and i havent written CSS in a few years. just writing this out makes me realize i could probably go back to one of my html classes and pull out a style sheet, but ill have to make sure its half decent. I really wanna scale my sites for mobile, but yeah i have no artistic spirit whatsoever so ill probably have to keep it simple. i found this blogging engine/template pretty quickly, and it seems really cool, but i'll have to throw some customs styles on that as well in order to really make it feel like me. ill also have to import all my posts from my old blog >_>. i also wanna add tags to this system. alright.
